So her lore if fully out with her color story her bio we have her full lore. She is live in game with her VO and champion interactions that are part of her character. What are your thought on her I saw some were saying that nothing remained from the old Akali some hated it and some liked it. What do you think.
Gameplay is fine.
Visually I hate the rework. I don't like her new hair, her weird pack thingy, or her ink. I think Infernal is terrible both because it lacks the particle effects it needs and it pissed off a few people who got the original crimson because that's what they wanted. Riot should have either upped it to a higher RP setting so they could do the work they needed to or else just kept it as is... a traditional akali skin but red. It's like they intentionally went with the worst possible choice: the people who like the new version got screwed as did the people who liked the old skin.
I couldn't care less about any lore riot releases anymore.
Personally I like that her kit isn't braindead anymore and you can actually counterplay her this time. But she seems even more powerfull when mastered and her W is annoying asf. Lore-wise I don't like that Riot turned her into the typical "fuck rules" edgy girl because there are already a ton of these type of characters in LoL.
Since we are in the story, art and sound board, I'm going to just comment on the lore and her style.
I like that Riot somewhat made a connection between the old lore and the new lore, with the new lore being Akali's development. Her new lore seems pretty cool and all, even though it has a touch of that edgy niche. I feel like we could have probably gotten some more out of her interactions, as I found them kind of lackluster but sufficient. Her personality is fine, as they pretty much kept most of it from her old one as well. Her style is also pretty cool, I was very impressed with the tattoo on the splash art and on the in-game model. Overall, I like the direction that Riot has put her in terms of lore and style.
