Does anyone know if this art asset is currently in-game or could it be from a second new champion?

https://i.gyazo.com/866b99973aed6ed8b0cff5536239315e.png I play the game a lot and I'm fairly confident it's not a character or skin currently in the game, but I wanted to get more eyes on it.

For reference, it appears in the top right corner of the screen at 38 seconds in the roadmap when Reav3 is talking about Kayle, although I'm pretty certain it isn't from Kayle herself. The colors are far too dark and even her dark skins don't have a black/red palette (and the tail is... interesting.) It could be an art asset from the new support champion as well but again, the general calming blue, gold, and green colors we see in the teaser there aren't a very good match either. Plus, the champion in question seems to be taller than a yordle while the new champion seems highly likely to be from Bandle City.

Basically it doesn't look like Kayle, is a little dark for the bright new support, is obviously not Mordekaiser, and does not look like Morgana (no dress). This may be a first look at a new champion several releases away. I'm sure it was kept in the video on purpose because Riot are cheeky little bois when it comes to teasing stuff.

It's Rakan's tailfeather.

Its just Rakan's tail feather. It took me 5 seconds to get into practice mode with Rakan to see that's what it is. They just have the rest of his model hidden so they can see it.

You can see a fuller image of the whole thing @ 0:31 but it's a lil blurry

What about Morgana? We can see her face in that video. She is looking nice. Her blank/white eyes are gone and in its place gorgeous purple eyes. Unless that isn't Morgana, but it really looks like her.

It's too hard to make out what the blurry figure is, especially that it's probably not a complete asset to begin with.

Though I'm guessing it's probably a Cait skin with perhaps an unfinished rifle. The silhouette/outline reminds of hers.

But who knows.

Either rakan's development art (since the model won't be perfect) or it could be some kind of armor skirt from kayle.

I wonder... There's speculation that the new champ is able to attach themselves to other champs, could that perhaps be a tail or part of a robe, and the enchanter is sitting on the shoulders or floating just behind the champ with the legs?
