Legacy skins

Hello,

Am I the only one who think that legacy skins should get some visual buffs? I mean they are legacy, they are rare, but still they are nothing but changed look of character. Blacksmith Poppy for example, that skin costs 975 RP, Riot could at least make her Q different color or some animations. Not something big like for Epic or Legendary skins, its just a 975 legacy, BUT something.. I dont know, I might be wrong, but I think legacy skins deserve change.What do you think?

I'm pretty sure there are over a thousand skins at this point.

They can't remake every single one of them.
