Shen Skins Effects Rework?

Dear Riot I have recently started playing Shen and even though I really love everything about him there is only 1 issue I find with him... His Skins are very great but the effects are the same. I have done some research and i do not think i am the only one to speak of this issue. I really love shen. He is amazing. I love to press the Q button and see that majestic soul sword come to me and satisfy my urge for battle. But he would be even more amazing and in my opinion played if he had a skin with different ability fx like his soul sword could be yellow and all his abilities would have that colour. And we could add like a lux skin kind of thing so he could change skins in game! I would certainly buy that. Anyway its just a thought and as stating before i am not the first to tell of this.

The skins that have no special effect before the update, dont have special effects now... and most of those skins cost less than 975 RP.

Few skins have VFX changes. Surgeon Shen's spirit blade is a scalpel instead of his regular blade. Blood Moon Shen's spirit blade have some noticeable changes aswell. Even though I agree this skin should get a red VFX rather than his actual blue one.
