They were such fun to read through. They were informative and gave depth, and added more on the ideas the creators had in mind. Plus there are cool concept arts. It really helped understand what the creators wanted to achieve with a champion.

With Kayle and Morgana, I looked back to some of the older release pages and I was stunned by what Riot August had to say about Ekko. This dude is a great designer, but that's beside the point: Why don't you do that anymore? The same for AMAs. They provide valuable background information and lore facts, and offer the team a chance to answer some of the player questions instead of just being shouted at. (See: Kayles Armor)
I was wondering the same thing too. Reading Kai'Sa's insights gave me an understanding of what Riot was trying to do with her, and gave me some new options of how she could have been better. I really would have liked a Champion Insight for Sylas, Kayle, and Morgana.
It's been on my mind a lot lately, so I've asked Riot about it in their Ask Riot Nexus posts. Hopefully they give us an answer...
