Ward Sounds

We all know that in Season 6 Riot removed the green ward and upgrading wards at level 9 for 250 gold. I had purchased the URF ward because I loved the sound it made when placing it down. I used to always purchase the upgrade because I love having vision and the URF ward was just another cool way to show off you could say. But now the sounds only plays when placing pinks and while using a sight stone so basically if I'm not playing support or after my pink is down the sound animation is gone. I hope Riot can enable the sound at all times when placing a ward. I don't see the reason of NOT enabling the sound in the first place and that IS why I bought the URF out of the other ones as well. Why cripple the ward and make it worse I really don't see the point. Riot PLEASE enable the sound animations for custom wards at all levels/times when placing a ward. Thanks for reading.
