Can we get a Darkin whose host actually accepts and welcomes them?

With all the Darkin so far, we've seen a lot of discord between them. Varus, Aatrox, Rhaast etc. What if we got Darkin who had a host that completely welcomed them, instant of hindering them or having any conflict between the two.

As much as I hate to use Naruto as an example, it's the best one I can think of. As strong as he was when he used the nine-tails power, it was absolutely pathetic when they came together completely, gaining a new power that rivaled the gods of their world.

So what if there was the same thing that happened with a champion and a Darkin who completely worked in sync with each other?

The Darkin are still sentient beings. It's not so far fetched to think that one could try and find redemption after all the damage they've done. A Darkin who sees their entrapment as a well-deserved penance and strives to try to do better.

Even Aatroxs bio and VO talks about how he used to be a hero. Part of his self-loathing comes from how far he has fallen. He even exaggerates how evil he is to distance himself from what he was.

This would be Aatrox but reversed, it could be cool I'm all for it. Perhaps it could even be Setaka now that Darkin are Ascended beings and she sealed herself with Varus (is that still canon?).

Idk to welcome a soul destroying Demon into your body seems kinda shady, not sure anyone would willingly let a Darkin take over unless they have some massive self esteem issues

i think you may have the right idea, what if there was a darkin that wanted peace, like an outlier in the lore. hmmm, a darkin that wants peace, yet everyone keeps trying to hunt him kind of lore, i can see it happening, but then i remembered that all the darkins so far are either corrupted, hate themselves for being darkin, or are fighting the darkins within themselves...

if the host accepts it, then the Darkin will completely overshadow them and the host will be gone.. basically Aatrox.. just pretend Aatrox's most recent host simply "accepted" him. there ya go.

I don’t think the host has any say in what the Darkin wants, as the Darkin look down on humans.

Old Varus' lore was kinda like this. If Pallas was a darkin he'd be the closest thing as they had a mutual agreement.

But yeah im interested in seeing how do the other darkin act.

That would mean that the Darkin wants the same. After all Aatrox is for himself after he got his host. Rhaast kills Kayn so no Kayn. Varus is still not in full control of his body so he is maybe something like Kayn and Rhaast in the end tho if he is to take full control he will kill them (his two host dudes or w/e it was). So not only does a host need to be cool with it but the Darkin must too want to not fully corupt the body but work together with the host. It will be an interesting thing to see a Darkin want to collaborate with his host and vice versa yes but it would feel forced imo. It can work somehow but I don't want Riot to kill another cool idea for a charecter for a plot device (looking at you Kai'Sa) or to make it forced (like Neeko being lesbian)
