Traditional skins are a prestige item so your idea isn't exactly a good one. ;)
:/ this is a longstanding debate with no easy answers but it really feels bad having "exclusive limited time skins" being resold when you bought them under the impression that they werent coming back. sometimes people have to pick what they spend their extra $20 on.
