Zoe never climbed Mount Targon:
One day, as she skipped away from her studies of the holy magics to pursue something “less boring,” she was noticed by the Targonian Aspect of Twilight.
It observed as the young girl playfully mocked the angry cries of the Lunari priests chasing her. Then, after an hour-long pursuit, she found herself cornered by her angry teachers. Before they could grab Zoe, the Aspect summoned six objects in front of the girl: a bag of golden coins, a sword, a completed study book, a devotion rug, a silk rope, and a toy ball. Five of these objects could have let her flee or defuse the situation. Zoe chose the sixth option.
Unconcerned with escape, she instead grabbed the toy ball, kicked it toward the wall of an adjoining house, and sang gleefully as it ricocheted among the humorless priests.
Delighted by Zoe’s carefree exuberance, the Aspect opened a shimmering portal to the apex of Mount Targon, offering the girl a chance to see the universe. She dove backward into the portal, instantly merging with the Aspect, then stuck her tongue out at her dumbfounded teachers as she disappeared.
Wait, I'm confused. Was it ever expressly stated that Myisha climbed the mountain in order to become the aspect of twilight?
The aspect themself seems to not take things that serious..... Climbing mount Targon is a tremendously serious task. Would the aspect view someone taking a solemn/deadly journey worthy of being a literal trickster god of fun and mischief? (IMO) Not unless the whole way she was finding some kind of amusement out of the journey and cracking jokes or something ( kinda like Zoe not taking her being cornered by her teachers seriously and choosing a bouncy ball to defend herself leading to her gaining the aspect's favor ).
Also, this is a fantasy world, there are people in Runeterra born with magic. If Myisha did make the climb, Maybe her constitution was just reinforced by her inborn magic and allowed her resist the environment?
And also, reincarnation is present in Runeterra. Zoe could possibly be a reincarnation of Myisha? like Ashe and Sejuani are reincarnations of Avarosa and Serylda.
Who knows lol, its all up in the air until said other-wise by a rioter.
Well, Zoe didn't actually perform the climb up Mount Targon. She was a mortal girl who attended classes at a Lunari school on the mountain. One day she was skipping class and had to run away from her teachers, when the Aspect of Twilight appeared before her. It presented her with six items: five which would address the situation, and a toy ball. She chose the ball. The Aspect was amused and opened up a portal, a shortcut to the top of Mount Targon, and offered to show her the universe. She accepted, and thus became the current host of the Aspect of Twilight. As far as Myisha goes, she's the previous host of the Aspect of Twilight, back during the Darkin War, so a separate person.
Well we now know there was at least three Hosts of cancer Twilight:

It doesn't make sense for the previous vessel to look exactly like the current one. If really they wanted to show us that Myisha was a different vessel they could have went completely different with her look not exactly the same with Zoe. It doesn't make any sense why she would look exactly the same as Zoe.
Well since aspects are all powerful beings they probably have some traits they impose on all their host, Pantheon hosts always have red eyes. Zoe has twilight eyes, did myisha have twilight colored hair as well? I cant recall.
