Leaving their kits out of the discussion, which champions do you think have the most outdated models and animations?
I'd say Kayle, Teemo, and Kennen.
Kayle just looks so stiff, except for her Aether Wing skin. And she still uses the completely outdated fire particles that they've been so careful to remove from things like Sunfire and Brand.
Teemo and Kennen are just sad compared to the wide range of animations on the updated yordle women. #equalityforyordlebois
Basically any champ that still has the word "summoner" in their VO.

i got so bad the VU costs 25 dollars and also is the only way to actually fucking play this champ well

Also giving Aurelion A VGU would be nice since we could actually see a dragon instead of s over grown gecko..

Pantheon and Mordekaiser are, in my opinion, the worst offenders of outdated models and animation and the first ones I'd like to be updated. The list is still pretty long however and I'll be happy for any other visual or complete update.
Shaco, Rumble and Gragas
If you ask me, I'd throw Blitzcrank's name into the hat. He has the Perfect "Hook Hero!!" Kit but he looks extremely dated, he even has Pizza Feet.
