Riot, what are the odds that you're going to be sliding Imperial Lux into the Odyssey skin universe? You've clearly established with Kayn's story that he's an Ordinal for the Empire ruled by Jarvan IV, and Lux has that old and odd skin that really seems displaced in the general scope of skin universes. I mean, it fitsfluidly in the universe if we look at her as one of the other Ordinals - she's got a high tech look, even in the old splash, and it favors blacks and reds in conjunction with some Demacian looking buildings. That's legit a super good idea ! The skin is called Imperial and could very much fit as a member of demaxia J4 army without even changing the name. She does have the military theme going on mixed with futuristic elements and like you said this skin stand alone out of nowhere. In fact she goes so well in that universe I'd adopt it as an headcanon if Rito doesn't acknowledge it. Very good find ~

I feel Star Guardian and it's magic teenage girls don't mesh well with the space gunplay of Odyssey and Steel Valkarie.

Darkstar and Cosmic also seem to go too far beyond planet Earth. The source material "Sailor Moon" focused on our Solar System, and I imagine Star Galaxy to do the same.

Im still hoping they put Surfer Singed with the Pool Party set. He fits right in but isnt a part of them

It would be really nice, also give her a special Voice Line when there is an Odyssey Jinx on the field like: "C'mon, even in this universe you give me troubles?"

Its really possible since they added the Cait skin to the Battlecast skin line because of the skin name. And in this case its supported by the champion which is lux and since lux in the lore is connected to the demaxia (its spelled wrong I know) and Jarvan.

I'm too lazy to check if someone has already pointed this out, so I will anyway: A rioter on the boards confirmed that the Odyssey universe is its own universe and is not connected to the dark star universe. He/She said that none of the dark star creatures (or Corruptants as He/She called them) are actually never from the universe they get sent into to consume. Also, the connection between Star Guardian and Odyssey is weird, because while in the trailer is shoes the music video from that old SG event, a VO line from Odyssey Rhast says this to SG Lux: "I am unfamiliar with your universe. But Oh. How I could be!"

Im pretty sure the star guardians are the same universe as odyssey.
