For the same reason Viktor has a Russian accent even though he and Ekko grew up in the same place.
Because she didn't live her whole life in the void? She was likely already able to speak before she entered the void.

Everyone I think what the OP meant is it Sounds a natural that she would have an accent. One point is because she has lived in the void for a long time, and another point is that she is 
daughter and Kass and doesn’t really have a British accent. So it just doesn’t seem natural for her to have one
Well it's obviously not "British" in runeterra. You're going to have to be a little clearer about why having a British sounding accent would be wrong for such a character.
League universe doesn't have to do anything with ours, her accent isn't british
