Can we have a major voice update for dated champions?

I wont be addressing champions that have new legendary skins

Alistar Amumu Anivia Annie Blitzcrank Brand Chogath Corki DrMundo Fiddlesticks Fizz Janna Jax Kennen KogMaw LeeSin Malphite MasterYi Mordekaiser Olaf Pantheon Riven Singed Teemo MonkeyKing Zilean

All of these champions have the worst dialogue/emotes in the game. Their in game models are bad aswell, chunky and just ugly. Can't we have a major update to (obviously not all) these champions like the ability update we had to the assassins?

Some of them would probably get a VGU as well as a lore update (meaning new stories not a retcon for Morde) after the current roadmap ends.
