Is Kalista ever going to get a non ESports/Championship/LCS type skin in the future?

Her only other two skins outside of her launch skin have been a Championship skin, relating to LCS, and the SKT skin, again related to LCS but not really counting as a skin according to Riot and the community. Both of these, might I add, are pretty much legacy skins.

I know she might not be seen as much at least to most, if not the vast majority of people who aren't in super high tier or LCS, but you have to think it's a bit odd and even insulting to some that she hasn't gotten another actual skin that's up permanently to the store. There are a fair amount of concepts that could work.

Again, she may not be that top picked champ in lower tiers but it's a bit ridiculous to see a champ's only other skins outside of launch are only related to the sports scene (which I don't even give a damn about in the first place).
