@Kindlejack what's the lore/connection between the PROGRAM, Project and Pulsefire lines?

Program Camille, PROJECT: Ashe and PF Cait all have voice lines to each skin line implying that their universe is shared. What's the lore behind that and is the regime of the Program robots the one that Ashe and co. are fighting against? How does Pulsefire fit into it?

On another note, will there be a way for us to access skin lore in the future even if it's only a little? I remember your telling of the Blood Moon lore and was surprised that something so detailed andinteresting is left behind the scenes.
