Who is Sterak?

I've been putting together a League D&D campaign, and I've been really delving into item lore, character lore, and the like (this board has been a HUGE resource, so shout out to all of you who've already asked some of the questions I've had :D )

Now, I know the wiki says that the item is a reference to a YouTuber, but I was curious: is there any in story lore about the item? Who is Sterak in Runterra, and does he have any story significance? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Devil is in the (lack of) details. If there was in fact "lore" for Sterak and the Wiki failed to mention any of it then it would be a pretty bad wiki dont you think?

Okay but less sarcastic response: Items and any reference to figures/individuals/names associated with items dont have any in-universe equivalent, at least none have been officially mentioned or utilized in a story yet. Another factor is likely because some names are in reference to a real person and which the use of said name wouldnt belong exclusively to Riot, and Riot may only have permission to use it for the item only. Lastly, you can definitely invent your own character lore out of these items but it is worth understanding that items usable in-game isn't completely canonical to the lore setting.

"This item is related to Czech YouTuber "Radek Starý" (known as Sterakdary) for achieving high number of referrals. Although the newer referral system was available, Sterakdary was still using the original referral system."

I've always pictured them as some bigass badass darkin lord kinda guy cause of how the item is themed but it's probably credited to something more simple lol

Using LoL as a basis for a D&D campeign is a bit iffy, simply because of the things we don't know about the universe.

D&D has the mating rituals, diet, physical biology, and social structure of mimics in it's rule book. Meanwhile we hardly know anything about yordles, or the Void, or the Shadow Isles.
