How does Hextech affect the other cultures/nations of Runeterra?

I believe Hextech is widely used in Piltover and is used a little bit in Zaun (even if Chemtech may be more appreciated down there).

But what about other nations/cultures? Bilgewater is for sure fully aware of it as some of the Bilgewater champions (Graves MissFortune and maybe Gangplank ) uses Hextech weapons, then I have no clue for the rest.

Does Noxus (who values strenght in all of its forms) appreciates/uses it or despises it as they consider it as a "false strenght"?

Would Demacia even dare touch it since it partially magic (or would it even work since Demacia is built with petricite)?

Are Ionia, Freljord, Shurima and Targon even aware of its existence?

Freljordians probably cant afford or even use Hextech in the cold environment due to the mechanisms freezing over.

Shurima is the main source for pure hex crystals for trade...which Skarner doesnt approve.

Bilgewater probably the main smuggling region for Hextech devices, since Graves has one.

Mount Targon doesnt care, they have their own isolationist thing going on.

Ionia gets hextech from Ionia and Bilgewater for its newer age agents like Jhin.

Noxus "took" hextech from surrounding nations, used it in wars, and thirsts for all of it, trying to find a way to conquer Piltover/Zaun.

Demacia is like "if it breathes magic, its a THOT", so they probably ban the use of hextech...doesnt exclude some of its special agents using it.

Bandle City numerous of its citizens already use hextech as part of their arsenal and everyday life, like Heimerdinger and Ziggs.

Icathia / Void finds it all amusing.

I believe the thing on Jhin's shoulder is literally called the Hextech Mass Accelerator, so yes, I'd say Ionia may know of it's existence to some extent. It may only be made available to those with access to the Kashuri armories, as Jhin was granted access to their 'new weapons', which most likely included Hextech weaponry. It doesn't seem very widespread in Ionia, though. Jhin appears to be the only Ionian champion that uses it, as Hextech weaponry is mostly guns(Whisper, though I don't know if she's actually Hextech). Every other Ionian champion uses raw magic, blades, fists, bows, ect. As for Ionia in general I have no idea. So, yes, Ionia knows about and has Hextech, though right now it seems confined to the Kashuri armories. I also have been here less than a year though so don't take my word for it.

Jhin "The Kashuri armories hold many secrets. I happen to know a few. Care for a demonstration?"

I'm pretty sure that Zaun has a Hextech Black Market of some sort that causes Hextech to go to places all over Runeterra. How widespread it is, I can't say

Noxus is well aware of the Hextech thats why they want to invade and take over Piltover for their tech.Demacia wouldnt touch something associated with magic. Bilgewater has few hextech weapons..Ionia might know about the Hextech due to people that travel/ sell / trade in Piltover(Piltover being the biggest trage center)Shurima is really close to Piltover so kinda yes. Targon is really far far away from Piltover..so they prob dont have an idea that such tech exists..fusion with magical crystals and machine.Freljord well Freljord is kinda in a lore limbo and if the shopkeeper from the purple side on ARAM is cannon in the lore he being from Piltover and having machines around him and the robot thing...so Freljord kinda has knowledge of the tech
