Let us disable skin borders

I like Sugar Rush Eve but honestly the border is a little meh for me. Could you guys @ Riot add some way for us to turn them off via the skin selection screen?

Don't buy the border if you don't want it.

I really wish it was possible as well. I bought it for the icon, but not a huge fan of border.
