Heal and Exhaust icons

Hello! I'm sure this might have been asked a lot already but... why didn't those two icons see any update yet? I mean, even Revive and Garrison got new ones. I just want to know what is the thought process behind this decision, because I don't think it would require a lot of time or effort to update them (Heal at least it's not on par with the current art quality we are used to).
