I’m wondering because SOME people think that Neeko asking her on a date implies that Shyvana is a lesbian.

It's the other way around, Neeko's the one who's been confirmed to be canonically lesbian.

It implies that Neeko is lesbian. How would being asked on a date imply that you are interested in that date?

Homosexuals can ask on a date to a heterosexual person and vice versa as far as i know... it doesnt mean that they will agree.

Neeko is the lesbian and all her interactions with the female champs has been her trying to flirt with them. Pretty sure she used a pick up line for Zyra.

TBH, I've never attached any sexuality to half the roster because I don't see why they would fret over it. Sure, some of the charismatic personalities are involved in some manner by documented canon.

My highest played champs are Leona, Poppy and Morgana. I don't think any of them give a second thought about it. I'm not even sure if Poppy has a functional reproductive system. Same goes for Morgana, as some concepts of Angels removed such a function from eternal beings as there was no point in them having it. As for Leona, all her passion was in her faith, and even before the lore rewrite, she felt more like someone that would take a vow of celibacy than indulge in carnal activities.

So my thoughts on Shyvana... I've never thought of her in either way. I personally don't see how she will ever fit in with Demacian society. You have to concede any concocted relations with Jarvan would be an "exception" and would not necessarily define her as heterosexual.

I don't really think Shyvana cares about having a romantic relationship with either gender. If she ever does get with someone, it would be because she is close with them rather than a physical attraction.

I do think a canonical ship with Jarvan would work but that is because she has fought alongside the Prince and has a measure of respect for him.
