Would it be possible to chat in game or via email with one of Riot's sound devs?

Ever since the introduction of the new HUD, I have been using RAFManager to delete the HUD soundbank, because I play spammy champs ( ) and I can't handle some of the sounds anymore (eg: the "cannot cast that right now" sound). Besides that, the new HUD was released quite a while ago, so at this point I'm also used to it - even if I liked the HUD sounds, playing with them on would now tilt me (same with pings).

The problem: it's VERY hard to modify individual sounds (which is why I end up just deleting the entire soundbank). The "a turret has targeted you" noise is included in the HUD soundbank. So I have been playing the game without that vital sound for months, and at some point (if possible) I would like it back. Which means I would like to delete the entire HUD soundbank EXCEPT for that one sound.

I spent 10+ hours using multiple tools in the past trying to figure this out, and I could never get anything to work.
