Is the Ahri statue going to get a second run?

It's absolutely insane that they cancel the first statue, make us wait for over two years for it to be redone, then sell a combined total of 1100 units in NA/EU for one of the biggest games in the world.

Says retired.....completely missed out. Get ready to pay 1000 on ebay

I asked the support and I got this response:

Trust me, we totally get how frustrated you are in regards to that statue.

However at the moment, that item is indeed sold out so there's not much we can do on our end. The Ahri statue was a limited edition so it will not be returning to the store anytime soon. The item page will note whether or not an item is limited edition so that everyone is aware that the item will not be restocked in the future.

That being said, we do apprecaite the feedback you provided us, but I can assure you it's best to post that on our forums since the development team does check out out. You can find the Boards here:

They wrote "not be returning anytime soon" and not "never be returning". But I think we have to wait 3 years or more for a second run.

Riot did not really answered my questions or wrote a statement about my feedback (and didn't wrote in this thread which I sent in the support ticket). So I think Riot (Merch) does not really care that players are disappointed.

Are people so eager to dish out 150$/€ for a statue? Don't get me wrong the statue itself is pretty solid, but 150$/€ seems a bit steep for a figure.

Being on vacation once in an eternity after waiting for a new statue since 2015 and then riot only sells a limited and very small amount of my main char which obviously sells out quite fast nad i don't have a 2nd possibility to get that statue now. (except on ebay for minimum 800,- €)

I can't really describe my fealinngs now but it must be something between disappointment and fury.

3 years! 3 years waiting, reading forumposts, checking the merch store from riot and so on. And then THAT.

Ahri is the only reason for me to play LoL and now i am really about to quit LoL forever.

I don't see it happening. But I also don't see why they had to limit the amount that were made and available in the first place either. Or why they messed up her face again and couldn't take some extra time into making it right.

Like... I know I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this and I totally understand the frustration of everyone that wanted one but couldn't get their hands on it, but... that is kinda the deal with Limited editions. They're limited. They're something special and valuable. That's why I've set an alarm the second they announced she'll be limited to a small number.

I've been collecting anime figures for years now and I know that feeling well... e.g. there are some special One Piece figures that are produced in a very limited number and they cost about 500€. I was only quick enough once, the others I'm never gonna get because they are sold by people who bought one only to resell them with prices ranging over 1500€

Dam I forgot to order that.

Feb 2, 2020 and still no statue for a release people asked for but was never told. WP riot, wp. Thousands waiting and you rick rolled us all.

Unfortunately no response from Riot after 3 months. It seems that they aren't really interest in community feedback and the player worries.

I hoped that I will get a response from Riot before my birthday. But too late!
