We know Dark Ice exists, and we know it's True Ice that has been corrupted.
We've seen Lissandra weave this type of magic to her bending, but we have yet to see a weapon made of Dark Ice or it's capabilities.
Also, if not a new champ, at least a new skin with a Dark Ice weapon.
Isn't Trundles weapon made by Lissandra?
We have a Dark Ice Anivia skin, although I'm not sure if a magical bird classifies as weapon.
Lissandra uses magic but trust her, she has a tone of dark ice weapons/beasts/spells, its just no used... If a champion like that comes out ( Which I dont think because we have very many ice champions) it would probably be someone who got that dark weapon from lissandra or stole it similar to trundle :)
Going by Lissandra, Dark Ice is a dark blue, sapphire looking kind of ice... It also seems to crystallize, and is razor sharp.
Perhaps it would make for a good sword. Tryndamere maybe? Despite being from the Frojord he didn't have an ice based skin.

Dark Ice is weird in that they haven't actually explained why it's so bad. It's just "corrupted" true ice, which, wooooo, spooky, but what the hell does that even mean? The only thing we know about dark ice is that Anivia is sensitive to it, and that she has some vital connection to the true ice in the Freljord that will cause her to become corrupt if too much dark ice is present. Otherwise though, we know nothing about it. Maybe it causes a creeping freeze similar to the Blight in Warcraft 3?
