My favorite ship of Runeterra its The Dead Pool, but Miss Fortune destroyed it.
Other canon ships are The Leviatan and The Syren...
OH! And the DSS Excursion may be canon, even after the retcon.

has the potential for the best lore/politics interactions and it's all there in the canon, just waiting to happen.
Basically each wants something from the other, but there's also the hatred/rivalry factor.
Vayne wants information on the Black rose society, she's Demacia's master hacker. She will most likely target Vladimir as he is the least senior and experienced member and also a black mage, the type she hates the most. Yet she can't kill him, he's just too full of precious information. He's attractive and aristocratic, just like her, and also under the protection of Noxus, so if she wanted to reach him, she would need to resort to unusual methods.
Vladimir wants to prove himself before his seniors (Swain LB etc) and will take any opportunity to defeat a worthy opponent. But Vayne is just, well... deliciously Vayne, and her name and intellect make her a desirable ally, if only he were able to convert her to his side.
What will likely ensue is mindgames of insane magnitude, politics, epic black magics, masked balls and chess with living pieces. And lots of kinky sex.

is a goddamn player, is all I'm saying. Like, in his old League Judgement, prior to the Summoner retcon, the High Councilor Vessaria Kolminye herself is the Summoner in charge of Jericho, and from the start, dat tension:
Swain chuckled and nodded. “High Councilor Vessaria Kolminye – I am honored. I was not aware that someone of your stature conducted screenings personally. Is there a chance I could expect you to personally summon me into a battle arena?” Swain was clearly enjoying this exchange.
“Charming, as always, Master Tactician.” The High Councilor smiled thinly. “Your formal acknowledgement, if you would be so kind.”
But Summoners are gone now, so Vessaria's gone too. Doesn't matter, cos he's got 
on the side as well. The two of them have the most official canon relationship lore of any other 'couple'; even though they and Riot are never ever explicit about what their relationship is.
First of, just read LeBlanc's League Judgement:
"I have," she agreed with a smile; but there was only sadness in it. She stretched an arm across the table, clasping his scarred hand in hers. "But then, you already knew that. You knew it before you sold yourself."

During the Ionia vs Noxus grudge match, LeBlanc was Swain's date at the gala held in honor of his promotion:
Perhaps just as curious as the circumstances of his promotion was Swain's choice of companionship for the evening, which caused quite a stir at the proceedings. On his arm all night was none other than the infamous (and notoriously reclusive) LeBlanc Emilia LeBlanc, who had not appeared in public for decades
Then LeBlanc disguised herself as Jarvan IV (look at the refection in Swain's chestplate) during the Kalamanda fight so that she and Swain could stage a fight to make Swain look good. And then, during the last Journal of Justice, it seems that LeBlanc pretended to be Swain for a while in the fight against Keiran Darkwill before vanishing and letting the real Swain take the upper hand:
"I heard him say 'watch closely,' and he vanished – then reappeared behind Keiran. Swain dragged him to the ground and locked the poor fool in his snare spell."
And the most recent stuff, during the Sion Remake, we have this exchange between them:
And then, pretty much the most obvious thing, freaking Ravenborn Leblanc. Oh it might not be canon, but Swain himself has one of the few actual canon skins in the game (Tyrant Swain, because that's the look he has in the final Journal of Justice that shows he becoming Grand General). And IronStylus did say that he wouldn't have minded making Ravenborn LeBlanc the new default base for LeBlanc in the case of a visual update/remake, so make of that as you will.
Overall, what can I say. I ship them. I ship them so hard. They have the most material lore-wise to support them as a canon ship. They're the only two characters who are written like they **are **in a relationship already.

(Un)fortunately, there don't seem to be a whole lot of official relationships in the League of Legends.
Few ships I hold true to heart, but one of mine is

. At first glance, it doesn't make a lot of sense. Many ships don't. It all depends on how you go about developing them. It's canon in my personal canon, and that's what matters to me. That's a reason why I enjoy the fact there are few official loves, as it's left up to us to decide.

is the one i'm most confused about, how are they even related? I checked both of their new bio and stories with nothing whatsoever. I'd love to have a Rioter clear things up.
Canon(at least if we only look at the champion relationships) is pretty much only x though this started as a political marriage.
Though there are also some broken relationships:
used to have a crush on but then jinx turned crazy...
and used to be a couple,but illaoi eventually broke up(though they are still on friendly terms)
in the old lore and used to date,but eve broke up.
And then there are some implied relationships
x its pretty much confirmed that they have feelings for each other,though they are not in a relationship
x is also pretty much clear now,though the details are unknown,so it might be a one-sided crush or they could also be just friends mistaken for lovers.
with or ,its heavily implied that rumble and teemo have feelings for tristana,though it looks more like tristana doesn't have feelings for either of them.
Since the canon ships have been listed, I'm not going to parrot and instead just list my ship.
