Lack of a Star Guardian Event this year

I have to say I'm disappointed. Star Guardian was like the only event I was looking forward to this year. I love my PvE modes and the skins are nice. Why would we get back to back events with Arcade and PROJECT but skip over this one? The only thing I'm hoping is that this tweet is being purposely obtuse and Star Guardian is PART of Worlds 2019 like K/DA was last year. Thus not its own separate event. I'm not clamoring for Prestige skins by any means but I want missions and Invasion and stuff back.

Unfortunately Riot only has so much time for so many skins in the year. I doubt they wanted to skip SG but they have to prioritize things in order to make sure they schedule themselves properly.

They did not skip Star Guardian. Star Guardian was around September and October last two times. We aren't even close.

Star Guardian drops dead after Season 2 even if Season 3 is highly anticipated and wanted by fans.

That's really sad, I always get extremely hyped for the next season of Star Guardian and I hoped that it will be an event with orbs, game modes, etc.

I hope that we at least get another great login screen. I am absolutely in love with the music Star Guardian brought us, I want another great song like this.
