Doctor Mundo Rework

So with all the talk going on about stylizing, intellectual property consistency, no fun allowed art assets and ignoring the fans of every champion; why isn't this shithead Mundo being gutted in every way? Why is every champion being talked about and reworked BUT Mundo? He is 10x the problem Sion was artistically, he is 10x as silly and stupid as as Sion and Gangplank, why is Riot not talking ab out this awful, badly designed, fun, much beloved champion and ignoring his fans?
