Again the music team shows their skill.

After the trailers I was expecting simple rock/metal. The bells and chorus give this not only an ominous feel, but also really Ancient. Almost as if a Babylonian God had awakaned.

What does Riot listen to to inspire them to make so many heavy metal themes?

Love the way the somber notes are contrasted against the dark, heavy backing. It carries a theme of despair amidst destruction, sorrow amidst slaughter... but is it the lamentation of Aatrox's opponents, or of the Darkin himself?

I really think the old one is better. It had that war appeal to it. This sounds like something mystical. A downgrade if you ask me.
