More map skins

I love every riot skin for summoners rift, my favourite ones being Winter Rifr and Blood Moon. Could Riot please sync the map to a server clock so that the map colour changes with the time of the day or there are 3 rift maps morning, evening,night and they get randomly chosen. Ive seen this mod known as Night rift and ever since I was wondering if Riot could do something like that so that my account does not get banned :3
