There are now 17 champs that have gone over 1000 days w/o a new skin

For those who don't remember, I made a post 2 months ago about the top 12 champs that have gone over 1000 days without a new skin, not counting duplicate-like skins such as URFWick or Neo-PAX Sivir. Today, while two champs have been moved down the list ( & ), the list has only grown larger.

HOWEVER, as of last post, people made the argument of "Oh, but X champ just got updated so they don't count on the list." How is that an argument? Swain got updated and he got his long requested Dragon Master skin a patch after his rework.

"But that's because it was long requested and Riot keeps killing memes." Valid argument, but guess what: this isn't the first time Riot released a new skin with a rework/update. Remember Nasus and his Infernal skin with his relaunch? I don't recall people asking for that skin before then.

And let's say for a moment that this wasn't a fan requested skin. How would the community react to Swain getting a new skin after his relaunch but others like Galio, Urgot and Eve don't. Nevertheless, community requested or not, Riot clearly had the time and resources to plan and make a new skin, in addition to updating his other skins. So I'm going to be completely biased and say your argument of "X champ can't get new skin because recent rework" is bullshit!

BUT BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE JUST CAN'T TAKE AN OPINION OR LET GO OF THEIR ARGUMENT, let's just say that the champs that got reworked in the last year aren't on the list (Just to make those people happy). That still leaves & on the list, leaving that to 14 in total.

Oh, what's that? Some champs can't be on there because they're currently being reworked? Well then let's boot Irelia off since she's the only one in the works right now and that still leaves 13 + the additional champs coming onto the list within 100 days!

Reguardless of whether or not you will continue to argue that some champs still don't deserve to be on the list, because of whatever reasons, I'm just providing the facts and research I've gathered. A bunch of champs are still being far too forgotten for new skins and the list is just growing. And unless this gets commented by a Rioter on the situation of what they're planning for these champs, I'm still going to keep going.
