What's going to happen to hextech skins?

So there's a bill that was just submitted to congress that effectively bans lootboxes. Assuming it passes, what is going to happen to all the hextech skins that only drop from riot's loot boxes?

That would depend on the specifics of the bill. Does it ban all lootboxes, or only ones you can buy? Because you can get them for free.

If something like that ever affected the game, they'd come up with some other way to get them.
