You think Noxus is gonna take advantage of this whole situation? Their mortal enemy is suddenly having to deal with a rebellion in the heart of their territory. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried reaching out to Sylas himself and offering a partnership.
Frankly it'd feel like a wasted opportunity to not have them involved with this in some way.

I dunno about that. Demacia isn’t like a looking glass distance away. Also with Mordekaizers rework coming that might stir up some things in Noxus (just a guess) since Swain talks so much about an evil he can only see. So they might have their hands tied.
Maybe not Noxus, but The Black Rose in particular is supposed to view political discord like this as their bread and butter. If LeBlanc or Vlad don't do anything to destabilize Demacia any further than the writers didn't explore their options.
I'm more interested in a Morgana/Sylas interaction possibly coming up though. Lot of potential there
