Hunting Beasts

Are there any laws in any city state that restrict beast hunting? For instance, does Demacia allow the hunting of bears, cougars, wolves, in the wild for trophies or skins/rugs? Or is everyone free to do what they wish? I am speaking of hunting beasts within said country's borders.
