Kind of seems that legendary skins are given to champs whose voice actors can be easily reached so I don't think there's much hope for monster like champs like
I honestly think Arclight should have been given a voice over, a proper one, not like his three extra battlecast quotes
(Didn't like Academia theme at all) 
I just want a Harrowing skin for 
with Valor as a bat or raven ;-;
