Suggestion - Alternative for World Championship Winner skins

Actually 2016 skins were really good. I mean second iteration. They were more interesting then older winning team skins. I'm not sure if it can be implemented or whether players would like the idea or not but...

It would be fun to see skin representing specific players in more distinct way. Like Draven Draven skin. With enlarged head but its texture being caricatured version of player's face. Or even having some more distinct features or specific quotes that would emphasize player's personality. Why caricature?! It's fun. Pro players are serious enough by themselves. It can emphasize a feature that will resonate with viewers. Caricatures have enlarged body parts and should be more distinct ingame.
