@Reav3 with our Roadmap finally here, can we get any news on the current pool of Tier 1 VGUs?

So our beautiful baby Roadmap was released today thanks to papa Reav3, and I was just wondering, how much has the Tier 1 list changed? Last Roadmap, Reav3 replied with the list of Champions they are currently thinking about, and with the increase in VGU's starting this year I'm guessing maybe the pool has increased to compensate for the decrease in new Champions?

Personally, based on the list, I'm pretty sure the update is coming really soon and maybe we'll finally get this October for Spoooky month.

Now based on the list from a few months ago, I'm EXTREMELY surpised that of all people, , and are absent from the Tier 1 pool! I honestly just want to see a Zilean rework where he becomes the embodiment of the Inspiration Rune Path in a sense.
