It's Feodor Chin, the voice of Zenyatta. He posted about it on Instagram.
So Gangplank is McCree (and the Wolf of Kindred), Galio is Roadhog, Mordekaiser is Soldier 76 and now Zenyatta is Lee Sin. I gotta say, I like it lol.
