The bond of friendship and familial love between sisters (especially twins) can be one of the strongest in the world and I'm glad Riot has some lines in there to hint at it.
As much as some people may try to read something else into it (gross), I'm very sure that these lines are referencing the non-romantic sister love between these two that will never truly go away.

The divine philosophy amongst Morgana and Kayle is pretty deep even in the lore. I wonder if riot has plans to extend their involvement.
I also like the interaction when Kayle use her ult on Morgana.
Kayle: "Sister!" Morgana: "Kayle!"
Or something like that. It sounded very emotional trying to save her sister's life.
I don't think it was ever implied they hate each others.
Their whole lore are about the fact that they really love each others but their different values (especially Kayle's blindness about justice) make them impossible to coexist in peace.
They did an amazing job on Kayle and Morgana.
