With how much custom announcers are liked, why are they not getting marketed?

You look at how Heroes of the Storm does announcers, allowing players to unlock and pick their choices based on their preferences, and you wonder why Riot still is hesitant to do the same. Using the "it's not popular" excuse doesn't fly anymore, seeing as we've enjoyed them time and again. Yes, not everyone liked Star Guardian Ahri, and not everyone likes Odyssey Kayn, but that's why Riot should make a large variety of available announcers. This way, you pick what you want for your own game, and only you hear the announcer you picked.

Making them available for RP would easily pay for itself, so Riot, why are you still on the fence?
