That neck still needs to be fixed
So her neck didn't move. Which means her boobs/top of her chest are still super long and her spine is super fucked to accommodate for it. However they slightly edited the angle of her neck so that it is at least pointed more towards her torso.

Going to play devil's advocate here but they probably are against moving her head (and therefore her neck) due to how the head is supposed to line up with the scope of the gun (and also be "behind" the stock from a perspective sense).
It's not drawn and I have no evidence that they did, but I can only assume in concept sketches and rough drafts, that they have lines on how caitlyn's eye would have to line up to peer into the scope properly, and that to re-draw either the gun (which is like half the image) or the head would be too much work (compared to redrawing her chest).
It's hard to reconnect a neck but easy to enlarge a breast? xD

Did they literally just move the cloth part closer to her neck? What the fuck, I can barely tell which is the new and old one. Riot, we asked you to fix the neck, not to modify her cloth.

As much as I hate playing basic-ass Caitlyn, I like this skin.
I wonder what happened to the reference photos Riot claimed to use a couple years ago to make their splash arts. If they stopped then they should really go back to that, and if they haven't I'd really love to see the reference photo for this splash.
The position is unnatural, but it's completely possible. It's humanly achievable, but it's just like Sivir where it's an incredibly uncomfortable position to see the character "resting" in.

I'll just say this. For me, if this goes live without any changes despite people calling them out on it. Then yeah, it's intentional. If Riot makes the proper adjustments, then it's a mistake. (Though, how the hell did this mistake made it this far?) All they have to do is to move the neck placement & adjust it a bit.
