I hate when these people leak upcoming content. It only serves to ruin Riot's intent with official spoilers. It's more fun to just ignore these and wait for the reveal.
As much as I would love to say it looks real, the amount of champions without skins getting them is disproportionately high. Its probably fake.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just from some of the things listed, it looks super fake. Take into consideration that:

The champion desctiption closely matches Kayn's design, so i believe that this leak might be written awhile ago and only now posted. RIot wouldn't want to release 2 duo champions in such a short interval.
As for the skins...

Personaly, i think the Championship skin should go to a Mage. We already have an Assassin, Top, Jungle, ADC and Support Championship skins.

Evelynn has a fairly simple game model so it wouldn't be too difficult to release a skin right after her VGU. Think about Project Fiora which came like within a month after Fiora's Gameplay update.
Yorick is due. We must dethrone him from the List. Urgot and Swain... your time is coming.
All the same, I'm very meh about Kalista being a Harrowing skin. Kalista doesn't exactly have a great portfolio of skins with Championship, SKT and Blood Moon. It might have worked for Hecarim, but a Harrowing skin for a Shadow Isles champ just sounds meh in most cases.
I'm a bit surprised with Project Quinn and Diana. Well... not Diana so much. We have Leona already established on Ashe's rebellion side. Diana feels a good fit for the Zed, Katarina side. It's Quinn that I'm not quite seeing here. How does Valor even work in the Project Line? It also feels incomplete, like there should be a third name in there.
Championship Twitch I guess is doable. I've never felt like the Championship line actually paid attention to other skins released in the year.
Popstar Poppy... ugh. Wasn't Star Guardian enough? Feels like a reason to make a Popipopipo popipo joke.
I like the Snowday Lineup. Knocking out mainstays like Viktor and Rumble from the Top Ten would be nice, especially considering neither have even been mentioned in terms of VGU.
This leak hurts me so much only because i want that champ to be real so bad, especially if it's a mage...

But anyway, I think this leak is 100% fake. Just like the last one it's giving yet again another Rumble skin, this time for Snowday..Which is more believable than the Piltover Customs but still it's Rumble. He hasn't seen a skin since his legendary and even then they said he needed a VU at least cause his model/rigging are so bad. So I really doubt this one is real.

They said they will bring skins for champions like Illaoi, Viktor, Yorick this year so this could actually be true...oh god.
It is fake because if you look closely you can see they are working on a Yorick skin.

I wouldn't turn down Dragonsorceror Yorick...But that aside, a lot of this list wouldn't be much fun. I think about half the list is definitely possible. The rest blatantly absurd. Championship Twitch, I could see happening. Project Diana? Sure. But Popstar Poppy? And Sol's next long-awaited skin being a Halloween one? And that champion, forget the skins! It just sounds....Well. Trying to be another Jhin.

Last leak was fake, people ate it, got tons of attention, we've moved on.
2: An eve skin in development sounds as likely as shen getting a skin (no offense). First off the eve VGU has to hit live before they even consider a skin, and they have to make sure the theme fits with her gameplay and that the VGU is even a success (in terms of players accepting her this way and wanting to give her skins). And then of course they gotta make sure they can make a skin for her without vital particles getting gutted or added during ignitial balance.
3: Ahri isn't getting a skin in this list
4: As likely as twitch being a championship skin contender is, he literally just got a skin and this would suggest another one in 3 months.
Everything else I can kinda believe existing, and some of the stuff makes absolutely no sense which I'm not too surprised about with riot's decisions.. (believer taliyah? Believer of what? I guess we'll have to see what this theme is to see how fitting it is).

This seems very fake to me. It's as if someone took all the champions people want skins for (cause they haven't gotten any) and crammed them into a list. And that "new champion" seems extremely fake. A whole "two personalities, one champ" thing was done with Kayn already, and button-press combos is Lee Sin's thing, Riot has said before (somewhere in a Nexus post, IIRC) that they want to keep unique mechanics unique, their example being not having another set of champions with special interactions similar to Rakan & Xayah.
