For me it has to be Ivern. He's just such a positive character, and some of his voice lines are towards jungle monsters are just so cute. He is also quite funny when he taunts near allies or enemies...

, Zoe's voice lines are so lighthearted and funny sometimes, it just feels cute to me, despite all the hate she's gotten, I actually quite enjoy her. As for Gnar, I think its pretty obvious.
However there should be a special mention for ironic cuteness, and that would have go to 
. He's supposed to be this gruff, old god who wants nothing to do with any one, but with that joke, and all his lines about want you to just go away, he feels like he has a more fluffy and cute side.
Just my personal opinion, anyway
If there is a champion who accurately depicts who I am as a person, it would be Zoe. Yes, the Jhin main is adorable in real life. Fight me.
