Only good thing to come out of that trainwreck.
I don't really see it,as dastardly whiplash-kind of characters have a really long and thin beard(also they most often wear top hats,not bowl hats) and at last for me,Tfs moustache is simply too full for that comparison to work for me.
He looks like Dorian Pavus.
thats just a pretty common viktorian era look, with the hat and the moustache in my opinion. Personally i love it, really didnt think of any stereotypical villains when i first saw him, more like a gentlemen thieve.
