Lately all of Riot new champions have launched with a skin that syncs up with an upcoming event.

Yuumi (Battle Academia) Sylas (Lunar Revel) Neeko (Winter Wonderland)

Whether because Riot wants to squeeze some extra value out of the events and decides to do so using launch skins or by circumstance who knows?

Patch 9.13 is on June 26. And we all know which event comes around the summer time...

I mean, it would make sense to me. Her weapon would be one of those pool floaties. I think that'd be pretty cute, honestly.

Yeah, I feel she'll either have a pool party or they could possibly go back to some random theme and the pool party just comes alongside her :)

I thought about the possibility of it being pool party as well, but honestly I'm going to say pool party will be the next patch after Qiyana, and that she will come with the Star Guardian patch.

Yeah either Pool Party and Star Guardian are most likely, though she could fit Arcade or Project pretty easily too.
