if the watchers rule the void...
does this mean that 
is basically void royalty? Shouldnt she have power over void creatures then since she's the watchers' proxy in runeterra and theyre but mere pawns/tools to lay waste?

It seems that the Watchers had/have more than one tool to destroy Runeterra, the void and the black ice are just 2 of those "tools" that they tried to use.
She is absolutely and undoubtedly void royalty! Ive gotten a response from a rioter in which I asked if Lissandra was far more powerful than we imagined now that the watchers are masters of the void! and he replied that yes she is more powerful than thought and yes she will get a lore update soon! after all it is her the watchers can thank when they return!! :D
