As much as I understand why they pick the champs for Battle Academia

It was... underwhelming to say the least. Lux, Ez and Kat are the most anime characters, but man I wish they could’ve done something cool with other champs like Ekko or Taliyah and maybe even Viktor. Jayce I understand because he hadn’t got a skin a while back, but just something off the chart. The designs are great though.

Every time a big event is happening like this, they really just use the popular champions that sell. But dayum I wish they take bigger risks in these sorts of events. But nonetheless, great designs and cool skins

Everyone I see mentions Taliyah and Viktor. It seems Riot Stellari fought for Taliyah but she failed. But she thought of her. I see many friends mentioning how well Viktor would've fitted into the skinline.

Ekko already has an Academy skin, much like Ahri, Darius, Vlad, Ryze and Fiora. I'd say the two themes overlap to where they are part of the same universe, so seeing any of them in the Academia theme is unlikely.
