So if you want some in game theory :D Pyke in the teaser appears to be eaten by a strange shark .. then he got fused with it. . you sea his right hand gripping man's head looks in a foggy way also his knife and the other hand looks like a black mist https://imgur.com/a/eMMWJlm .. that's underwater >> but above, his hands is normal hands https://imgur.com/a/RlR76fx .. so we might get a transformation like Kayn or R like Nidalee.

Don't think so. But it would be great if he would change to ghost form in the river, but looks "normal" everywhere else, just a visual detail :3

maybe its just a spirit water hand, like an ability or something.

I think he has some connection to the Shadow Isles. He might appear like a normal human above water, but when he goes underwater he transforms into a ghost or a monster.
