Can Rumble get a VFX update ?

So I play a lot of Rumble, but I cannot help but notice the difference between his normal ult, and his Super Galaxy Ult. Yes, I know that it is a skin, but still, his ult just looks terrible. Could you clean it up like you did with Corki , Nautilus and Brand ? His electro harpoon could use some help as well
