In her original teaser, we see her dancing, with an object that appears to be the Trinity Force. But then when Noxus invades, we see it break, and the shards turning into her blades. What is the meaning of this? Are we finally getting Trinity Force lore?

Probably just a visual representation that Trinity Force will be broken on her.
I sure wish this is a hint that Trinity Force will get an icon update so that it looks like Irelias Mantle of Decorum. And make it so that its the symbol of her house or the dancing culture she followed before the start of the war.
I like this visual cue from this preview. Since we do know you need blades to make the Trinity Force symbol. So why not do the inverse thing and make the symbol into blades?
