Lancer Paragon Blitzcrank - Splash art vs model feels like false advertising

What went wrong? Lancer Roge Blitzcrank is picture perfect according to its splash - but Lancer Paragon has, on the splash, a crest on top of his face-plate that stands out from his helmet.

In-game, this crest is firmly attached to him. This makes the two skins feel extremely different, for reasons i can't actually comprehend. It is clearly possible to make the crest stand out from the helmet as proven by Lancer Rogue, so why is this not the case for Lancer Paragon?

I'm surprised this wasn't about his walking animation.

to be fair, splashes are supposed to represent how a champion/skin would like like in the Runeterra world
