I wish I could have it as an occasional thing. I mean, I'm pretty sure the new announcer is a signal for the potential arrival of announcer packs in the game (where you can pay for new announcers, like in Dota 2), so I'm sure the GP announcer will be available through that feature though (hopefully for free).
