I wish I could have it as an occasional thing. I mean, I'm pretty sure the new announcer is a signal for the potential arrival of announcer packs in the game (where you can pay for new announcers, like in Dota 2), so I'm sure the GP announcer will be available through that feature though (hopefully for free).

They can't just cut out her saying various things (kind of like when ESPN makes those really stupid songs) that can relate to League??

Well they'd still need to get her permission to do that, since selling a voice pack made out of only her voice wouldn't constitute "fair use" in copyright terms.
